Our Policies

General Policies

All orders under $400 will be charged out in full and shipped when the items arrive. Orders over $400, will be charged a 35% deposit and will be charged out once the items are shipped. All orders will ship within 2-4 weeks, unless indicated differently on our site with a particular vendor.

The majority of items shown on the web site are not stocked, we consider each order a "special order". With that in mind, please understand that some deliveries may take weeks.

Although we take every means to ensure that our web site reflects accurate pricing, errors can occur. If a pricing error is found, you will be informed of the price difference and can act accordingly.

	» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $30.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
	» We will give shipping charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $0.00 per item.

One gift card per order is available free of charge.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

	NY	8.625%

Any and all sales shipped to a NY state address is subject to a 8.63% tax charge. This is for orders placed within NY and from out of state. If a deposit is taken, it will have this portion taxed and when the balance due is charged, it also will be taxed.

Minimum Order Amount

Please note that we have a $125.00 minimum order requirement.

Please note that we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa.

Order Cancellation Policies

We except cancellations on orders within 6 days of purchase only. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing an order.

Return Policies

Returns are only accepted upon return authorization issued by Park Avenue Gifts, please call us for that information at 631-673-0404. Any breakage or manufacturer defect is to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, and all original packaging, labels and sleeves must be in the original condition as shipped by us. A shipping return will be given to you at our cost for broken or defected items.
