General Policies

All orders will ship within 2-5 weeks, unless indicated differently on a particular vendor. A 20% deposit upon receipt of order and balance charged out when shipping. Sometimes we receive and ship a portion of the order and charge a 2nd deposit, No additional shipping charge will be applied on multiple shipments. We will advise via e-mail when shipped. No cancellations after 5 business, days than no return of deposit. In stock orders will be shipped within 2-5 days and charged in full when shipping. Custom orders can take up to 1 year with a 50% deposit and no cancelation or refund. Due to the large amount of items carried on our site we do miss price updates occasionally, you will be informed of any increase in prices on items ordered and you can act accordingly. We try or best to be up to date on prices quoted, but our deep discounts should make up for any inconvenience to you; our loyal customers. Typo's are not typical, but do also happen on occasion. You will be informed if we come across one. All charge receipts will be billed as Park Ave. Chinaware & Collectibles. A return authorization must be issued by parkavegifts and a UPS pick-up will be provided, however their original shipping carton must be saved for any possible claims. All returns should be made within 10 days, returns are only acceptable with return authorization from Park Avenue Gifts.

Shipping Policies

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $0.00 per item.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Any and all sales shipped to a NY state address is subject to a 8.63% tax charge. This is for orders placed within NY and from out of state. If a deposit is taken, it will have this portion taxed and when the balance due is charged, it also will be taxed.

Minimum Order Amount

Please note that we have a $70.00 minimum order requirement.

Please note that we accept American Express,  Discover,  Mastercard,  Visa.

Order Cancellation Policies

The buyer must cancel a custom/special order within 6 days of ordering. Once a Special Order item is received by Park Avenue Gifts, it becomes the buyers item and cannot be canceled. There will be no refunds given on Special Order/custom items unless they are received damaged or have a manufacturer flaw. Merchandise in discontinuation or special order items, can take up to one year to ship. Custom order items will take a larger deposit 40% or more. Once the custom item is ordered there is no canceling. Custom items are no longer stocked by the manufacture and will be custom made to order, in doing so they can take 6 months to a year or longer for delivery and are NOT refundable, unless damaged. All other returns should be made within 10 days, returns are only acceptable with return authorization from Park Avenue Gifts.

Warranties

Unless recalled by the manufacturer only. If there is a factory default of any kind, we will be happy to issue an UPS pick up and will reorder/reship at no cost a replacement. Always call us if there are any questions and dissatisfactions and most always we will be happy to help and satisfy your needs. A return authorization must be issued by parkavegifts and a UPS pick-up will be provided, however their original shipping carton must be saved for any possible claims. All returns should be made within 10 days, returns are only acceptable with return authorization from Park Avenue Gifts.

Return Policies

No returns of name brand patterns and special orders unless flawed by the manufacturer, received broken, or wrong merchandise. A return authorization must be issued by parkavegifts and a UPS pick-up will be provided, however their original shipping carton must be saved for any possible claims. All returns should be made within 10 days, returns are only acceptable with return authorization from Park Avenue Gifts. We take a 12% restocking fee.
